Refunds for ClassMeet
ClassMeet offers a 14-day refund window for purchases processed through Paddle.
Scope
This refund policy applies to ClassMeet purchases processed through Paddle.
Paddle acts as merchant of record for these purchases and processes payment, tax, billing, receipts, and refunds.
Refund window
A full refund is available when requested within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
For subscription renewals, a full refund is available when requested within 14 calendar days of the latest renewal date.
Refund requests made after the 14-day refund window are not eligible for a refund.
Subscriptions and cancellations
ClassMeet subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Access remains available until the end of the paid billing period.
Refunded subscriptions are canceled through Paddle.
Refund processing
Refunds are returned through the original payment method using Paddle's billing flow.
ClassMeet does not issue direct refunds outside Paddle's billing flow.
How to request a refund
Send refund requests to hyeon@2lb.co.kr within the 14-day refund window.
Include the account email and Paddle receipt or transaction reference so the request can be matched to the purchase.
