Terms for using ClassMeet
These terms describe the operating responsibilities, plan behavior, and self-serve billing expectations for using the ClassMeet workspace and public product surfaces.
Service access
ClassMeet provides browser-based meeting rooms, workspace controls, and admin tooling for account operators and invited participants.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials, meeting ownership, and invited participant access under your operational control.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to distribute unlawful content, interfere with platform stability, bypass access controls, or misuse billing and admin functions.
We may suspend or restrict access when usage creates security, payment, or operational risk for the service or other customers.
Plans and renewals
Free accounts can use the base workspace, and Basic and Pro are offered through self-serve recurring billing.
Self-serve Basic and Pro purchases are processed through Paddle and renew automatically until canceled through the available billing controls or support workflow.
Feature limits such as participant capacity, moderation, delegation, and recording availability follow the current plan behavior shown in your workspace.
Payments, taxes, and cancellations
For self-serve purchases, Paddle acts as merchant of record and reseller, collects applicable taxes, presents billing receipts, and operates the customer billing portal used for plan management.
ClassMeet does not collect or store full payment card numbers, and the Paddle Checkout must be displayed without being obscured or altered.
If you cancel a recurring paid plan, access remains in place until the end of the already-paid billing term unless the purchase is refunded and canceled through Paddle.
Refund handling for self-serve purchases is described in the public refund policy linked from the website footer.
Availability and support
We aim to operate the service reliably, but uptime, maintenance windows, and rollout timing may vary as the product evolves.
