Account and plans

Manage profile and language preferences and understand plan access

Last reviewed

Account settings

Open Account in Settings to see Account details and Language — edit your display name and select Save at the bottom of the card; email and join date are read-only

Manage API keys

Open API in Settings to view keys and their last-used and creation times — select Add API Key to name and create a key in a popup — the new key is shown once, so copy and store it before hiding it

Automatic and manual language

Automatic language prioritizes Korean for connections from Korea, then uses a supported browser language elsewhere — a manual Korean or English choice in Settings takes precedence

Review and change your plan

  • In Settings → Pricing, review your current plan, class capacity, recording storage, retention, and latest payment
  • Select Change plan beside your current plan to open the Plans popup — compare Free, Basic, and Pro prices and features, with your plan marked Current — select a paid plan and accept the terms before checkout, or close with the X at the top right
  • The checkout button is available before consent — selecting it without agreeing highlights the terms and policies consent area in red and does not proceed with payment — agreeing clears the error
  • For a linked subscription, use Manage subscription at the top to change payment details or cancel — unavailable checkout permits comparison only, and opening checkout does not itself change your plan

Admin billing management

Adding or editing a payment record in Admin only saves the record; it does not charge or refund a customer or change their plan — plans and statuses saved in subscription management affect ClassMeet access, while actual billing and cancellation are handled separately in Paddle

What depends on the plan

  • Free includes class creation, scheduling, invitations, and waiting rooms
  • Capacity, recording, storage, and retention depend on the host's plan and subscription status
  • A participant's paid plan does not change another host's class limits
  • See Pricing for current limits and prices, and Settings for the access currently applied to your account
